Substitution
What's the substitution policy? - In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and/or include a one-of-a-kind vase, container or wrapping which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, the scheme and temperament would resemble and/or the the client will be notified. Substitutions may occur happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions affecting availability. If this is the case, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute items of equal or higher value. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary
Delivery
What if I supplied the incorrect delivery address? - Any incorrect delivery address will incur an additional $5.99 delivery charge for every mile away from the initial and incorrect delivery address.
What is the exact time my order will be delivered? - We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
Will my holiday order get guaranteed if I placed it 48 hours before? - In short, no; before holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Are flowers guaranteed to be on gravesites for a specified length of time? - Our deliveries are subject to a cemetery’s rules, regulations and clean up dates. Please inquire with your cemetery for the most accurate and up to date clean up schedule.
Payments
I am in a different country, which currency are the prices listed in? - All prices advertised are shown in US dollars.
Is sales tax included in the listing price? No, Tax of 10% is not included in the advertised price.
Cancellation/Return Policy
Any cancellations made within 48 hours before delivery are subject to a 20% charge of the item cost pre-tax.
Cancellations of an order over $1,000 will incur a 10% charge when cancelled within 3 calendar days.
